05-16 Channel Marketing Manager/チャネルマーケティングマネージャー

Salary(¥):

7.7-10.3 million

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain channel marketing budgets while maximizing marketing investment.
2. Plan and implement channel go to market strategy, messaging, positioning, account and market coverage while aligning with corporate goals and direction
3. Ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs and success measurement, and deliver programs in country.
4. Develop and execute an integrated marketing program that drives brand engagement and demand generation.
5. Lead new product launch efforts in channel including collateral, communication strategy, merchandising procurement, training tools and related activities.
6. Lead marketing efforts associated with product line at account.
7. Monitors merchandising efforts at retail and conduct pre and post-launch analysis to drive improvement.
8. Plan and execute various large scale trade events
9. Align channel marketing communications strategies with brand strategies.
10. Expand and grow customer level marketing relationships
11. Track market and channel trends and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
12. Analyse and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.
13. Coordinate training for sales teams and store personnel
14. Monitor competitive activities within channel including price, promotion, new products and merchandising.
15. Must have retail and online marketing experience

Requirements

1. Strong written and verbal skills in English and Japanese
2. Experience in IT will be an added advantage
3. Experience in working in an MNC culture that will include interaction with US and other regions
4. 8+ years of marketing experience, with channel marketing background
5. Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
6. Experience with developing, executing and tracking results tied to integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
7. Experience in account based marketing and executive programs for large enterprise customers
8. Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
9. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important.
10. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects
