1. Support select strategic and key pre-sales activities focused on winning new business with Car Manufacturers and other Automotive supplier by qualifying opportunities, providing subject matter expertise, concepting product solutions and presenting those to the stakeholders.
2. Lead regular alignment between SBD strategies and key opportunities and provide matching technical consultancy and pre-Sales support for the complete Sales region.
3. Determine business value of customer requests, align them with internal stakeholders and influence bid strategies and product customization plans.
4. Position/demonstrate products and help translate customer requirements into new experiences, services or features
5. Prepare and communicate key product messages to customers, prospects and internal teams in alignment with Product Management.
6. Train the Sales organization on new products and services or changes that effect the way or options of selling.
7. Report regional business status regularly to Head of TPS incl. milestones, KPI’s and accomplishments.



1. BA/BS, MBA preferred and/or computer science related background.
2. 10+ years’ experience in pre-Sales or consulting or engineering related customer interactions.
3. 3+ years in leading and managing teams
4. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese.
5. Proven ability to interface, influence and manage with all levels of an organization.
6. Proven track record in major account/customer engagement and major deal closure
7. Solid track record of pre-Sales capabilities in Automotive.
IoT industry experience is a big plus.
8. A big-picture vision, and the drive to make it a reality.
9. Minded collaborating outside of own familiarity area, for products in a start-up phase.
