1. Manage the strategic vision and direction for our apps, tools and programs.
2. Execute on this vision by multi-channel, such as community, webinar, blog, and on-site events.
3. Defining metrics to ensure product success and drive corresponding requirements to deliver on these metrics,
4. Identifying and removing impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives,
5. Providing timely status reports; introducing mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks,
6. Facilitating team discussions, setting expectations and resolving conflict.



1. Fluent Japanese and Business-level English skill are required.
2. Leadership - proven ability to set a vision, excite and lead (directly and/or by influence) cross-functional multidisciplinary teams
3. Strong analytical capabilities. You excel at building models and decomposing complex structures and data into useful and impactful analysis to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
4. 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption.
5. Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building simple and intuitive products.
6. Strong customer and stakeholder empathy and understanding.
7. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills required to keep projects moving forward in the face of obstacles.
8. Grace under pressure — proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time juggling multiple projects and priorities.
9. Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills.
10. Bachelor's degree.
11. Experience with CRM and cloud computing preferred
12. Experience with growth, activation and retention is a plus.
