Responsibilities

1. Responsibilities to initiate, develop, and communicate specific customer strategy and sales initiatives for CTG customers.
2. Proposes market segmentation and segments priorities and defines service requirements for CTG customers. Provide feedback to Sales Forces and Store Operations on customer needs by segment
3. Partner with Management to develop segment specific product strategies. Define key account assortments by segment.
4. Partner with Sales Force to develop tools and strategies for customer consultants to approach CTG customers by segment & store (market).
5. Partner within Offer Management Team and across the organization to initiate and coordinate projects required for CTG specific promotions and marketing efforts.

Requirements

1. Profound market and business understanding in particular, Italian restaurants and food wholesale.
2. University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing or related subjects (not mandatory).
3. At least 5-year experience in marketing, sales, customer management of sizeable wholesale, retail or food service organizations or management position a restaurant or restaurant chain.
4. Expertise in marketing and market development in HoReCa or in restaurant (chain) management
5. Fluent in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to influence and work well with people at all levels.
7. Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and team leadership capabilities.
8. Target and result oriented while being ambitious.
9. Keen to look for innovative solutions (“Think-out-of-the box”).
10. Entrepreneurial mind-set and customer focus, understands the business and how trading works.
11. Ability to bring about change (“change agent”).
