1. We are recruiting this position for Account Executive (AE), which is responsible for the major companies that Japan is proud of. The manufacturing team will conduct proposal activities for customers of major manufacturing high-tech companies (other than the automobile industry). In cooperation with marketing, inside sales, channel sales, partners, we will promote new customer development and deepening existing customers.

2. There may be difficulties involving many stake holders and driving the team. In addition to your sales activities, you need to comprehensively understand your business such as management strategy and marketing, but also creative that proposes a "vision" that does not go beyond resolving the problem is required. However, after working through vision selling, I am able to enjoy the real pleasure of changing the future of such major companies.



 Basic Requirements:
1. Large companies in charge of sales experience.
2. Including CRM and the business application or SI sales experience more than three years.
3. Lead the negotiations with the individual sales targets, tied to contracts concluded experience.
4. College graduates.

Preferred Requirements:
1. IT and Business unit's suggestion to C level.
2. Enthusiasm for customer success, strong commitment.
3. Consulting sales skills.
4. Planning and execution of an account plan for specific customers, etc. Strategic customer strategy experience.
