1. Maintain and manage company’s IT environment including procurement and set up of desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, and other IT equipment. Management of office Wi-Fi environment.
2. End user support: Activate and managed user email and other accounts, iPhone, iPad technical support, hardware, software and internet access troubleshooting (install and configure for all department).
3. Printer related: Registration / deletion of scanner mail address/folder
4. Communication with IT and telephone related vendors.
5. Respond to requests from NY: OS upgrade, equipment replacement, troubleshooting etc.
6. Purchase of IT related products
7. IT related equipment inventory management and disposal
8. Management of shared laptops and portable Wi-Fi equipment
9. Annual Building power outage maintenance
10. Server room management – Monitoring and troubleshooting hardware for network devices and servers
11. Monitor share drive usage capacity
12. Maintain access control list for all share drive folders
13. Build and manage corporate homepage
14. Request NY helpdesk: Create / delete various accounts (GoToMyPC, Syncplicity etc.), change / setup group mailing addresses, issue tokens, unlock network accounts, etc.
15. BCP Test support: Assist with the annual BCP testing of the fund accounting system and other systems. Updating of Business Continuity Plan documentation
16. Telephone system related: management / purchase of phones / headsets, maintenance company contact point, setting change request, invoice confirmation, etc.
17. Corporate contract mobile related: new contract / cancellation procedure, invoice processing etc.
18. Management of video conference equipment and set up of video conference meetings and conference call dial in numbers


1. Japanese and English at a business level.
2. MCSA/MCSE or equivalent experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in a PC/LAN environment. Good experience in LAN /WAN Setup, Implementation of Routers /Firewall/VPN
4. Good experience in Setting up of Desktop /Notebook PC’s, Peripheral Hardwares like Printers, Cop/Fax/Scanner/Printers, Telephone system,
5. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client architecture.
6. Technically competent with Microsoft Office software.
7. Capable of setting up and configuring Client PC.
8. A knowledge and understanding of UNIX and TCP/IP.
9. Previous experience of e-mail systems.
10. Experience in constructing systems using Avaya PBX
11. Troubleshooting experience (Windows OS, MS Office)
12. Communication skills (verbal and written)
13. Good team player and ability to carry out to work in the designated time with responsibility
14. Ability to determine trouble in hardware and software and also to set up hardware on one’s own.
15. MS Office products operation management experience
16. Need to be self-organized with less supervision
