1. Develop strategic plans for respective customers that are consistent with overall sales division strategies.
2. Identify opportunities and related risks; assess situation and propose action.
3. Execute plans regarding distribution, merchandising, pricing, and product placement including negotiating contracts and various programs with customers.
4. Leads a cross functional team towards achieving desired business results (Marketing, Trade Marketing, SCM, Finance and Senior Management).
5. Be accountable for customer P/L (NSV and GP) especially focusing on rebate control.
6. Manage funds and resources for the best return on investment; analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to drive business proactively with customer.
7. Monitor retailer sales and inventories; assess risks and opportunities; communicate and implement best profit and high customer satisfaction solutions.
8. Build and submit accurate sales forecasts including basic, promotional, display volume, returns, and markdown expenses.
9. Conduct a monthly forecast review meeting to identify the gap reason in all aspects with trade marketing team, Mktg, and GM support (& Other functions when appropriate).
10. Develop new customers and business channels as needed.



 1. BA/BS degree
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and manage an account specific selling story by utilizing a combination of syndicated data and POS.
3. Sound financial & Business Acumen.
4. Negotiation skills to capitalize on opportunities in a “win-win” manner.
5. Strong understanding of category management principles.
6. Ability to Manage through Complex Situations.
7. Efficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
8. Exceptional communicator with impeccable interpersonal and relationship building skills.
9. Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive strategy.
10. Communication in Japanese language: Native level or equivalent Need business trip as required.
