1. Build detailed, long-term adoption and engagement plans based on targeting key customer segments to drive initial adoption and ongoing engagement with our company.
2. Taking ownership of existing adoption and engagement campaigns at both tactical and strategic levels to drive towards current goals.
3. Increase awareness of our services among services subscribers by coming up with innovative marketing tactics.
4. Partner with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to customer communication and engagement opportunities.
5. Develop programs to drive increased engagement from active customers and win back lapsed customers.
6. Develop best practices in execution and reporting that will scale for continued international expansion and serve as a model for existing international markets.
7. Write and present high quality documents to senior leadership.
8. Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and partnerships across our business and support teams



1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services.
3. Team management experience.
4. Numerical and analytical aptitude.
5. Data management skills such as Excel.
6. Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
