Responsibilities

1. Account Management of an existing suite of clients
2. Maximize revenue opportunities, keeping clients apprised of service developments.
3. Monitoring customer satisfaction and driving change as needed
4. Develop deep relationships and client ‘stickiness’
5. Be seen as an industry expert, and a leader and advocate in the computer based testing industry
6. Be continuously aware of opportunities to grow business and proactively develop a business pipeline in line with the strategy for Japan
7. Close new business deals quickly and professionally
8. Develop and maintain a good technical knowledge of and other relevant products and services
9. Contribute to the knowledge pool that exists amongst client–facing staff
10. Prepare and deliver presentations in a professional and unambiguous manner to executive level for both clients and prospects
11. Assiduously follow the bid management process
12. Work closely with Operations and other teams as required to drive solution and proposal development and responses to RFPs and Tenders taking overall responsibility for the quality of the response and taking personal ownership for:
13. Participate in demand generation activities such as seminars, exhibitions and direct marketing as required

Requirements

f1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Native level of Japanese language skill
3. Good written and oral communication skills in English
4. Comfortable in working in a global organisation
5. At least 3 years of sales experience
6. Capable to engage in consultative selling
7. Willing to learn and discuss technology-oriented
8. Ability to lead in a sales campaign
9. Ability to resolve client conflict with positive outcomes
10. Comfortable presenting and interacting with executive levels in prospect organizations
11. Comfortable discussing and presenting technology oriented solutions
12. Experience of formal and informal tendering
13. PC, internet and new technology savvy
14. Fully fluent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
