Responsibilities

1. Customer Management
2. Customer business communication (internal/external)
3. Customer escalation management (drive resolution, convey to management)
4. Research and respond to customer inquiries
5. Backlog
6. Credit issue solving
7. Inventory control
8. Logistic process management
9. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement appropriate actions to close gaps
10. Facilitates Project Management of Customer and Corporate Initiatives
11. Key driver for process/tool improvement
12. Supply & Shipment Management
13. Forecast Management
14. Forecast entry in internal system with Analysis
15. Pipeline management
16. Tracking GAP to target

Requirements

1. Comprehensive analytical and problem solving skills with decision making
