Responsibilities

1. Define and lead 1-to-many marketing activities to support advertiser engagement.
2. Work with the local business teams (advertising and retail)
3. Increase top advertisers and internal account management teams’ knowledge of the platform, providing consultation, training, best practices and concrete advice based on data analysis.
4. Share best practices and discuss strategies with counterparts globally.
5. Creating and sending e-mails to the advertiser database.
6. Creating the content for and conducting advanced webinars, conducting onsite seminars.
7. Localizing advertising campaign optimization playbooks and videos.
8. Providing benchmarks and category insights and performance data.

Requirements

1. University graduate
2. Strong business to fluent English and business Japanese.
3. Experience of content creation and delivery through online channels.
4. 5+ years of work experience as B2B marketing manager in the digital or IT industry.
5. 12+ years of total work experience.
6. Strong data extraction and analytical skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
