1. Achieve assigned sales targets for the growth of company.
2. Drive the revenue of the program by monitoring and optimizing revenue from assigned business.
3. Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned market and accounts.
4. Lead the projects and align with local & global team globally for the assigned customers.
5. Prospect and develop new business opportunities
6. Strengthen relationship as a trusted advisor for the various stakeholders of existing and potential customers across multiple levels of organization and external parties in assigned business segment.
7. Develop innovative proposal and delivering strategic sales presentation.
8. Execute targeted customer training and workshop.
9. Coordinate and support the efforts of regional sales team of account executives for the client and their system vendors.



1. Over 7 years as a sales manager of account management or account sales with the proven record of being able to close complex deal.
2. Direct Sales experience is preferred.
3. Successful management of complex projects and demonstrated execution excellence.
4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and team building skills.
5. Superior business, negotiation and closing skills.
6. Ability to build strong and influential relationships with key decision makers at the customer.
7. Able to manage various stakeholders at multiple levels of people and organization in automotive customers as well as assigned market.
8. Background in automotive electronics system integration solution or LBS related solution.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Motivated self-starter, with outstanding work ethic & energetic attitude.
11. Organized, strong follow-up skills, high sense of urgency.
12. Fluent in English / Japanese would be beneficial.
13. Bachelors or advanced degree in business or engineering - MBA preferred.
