1. Develop solutions to help customers adopt complex business features.
2. Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using solutions.
3. Work closely with sales team to provide status updates and insights learned during deployment.
4. Manage RFP/RFQ process and help sales team position for success with their customers.
5. Focus on automating as many service needs for customers and work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase solution adoption.
6. Meet or exceed targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption.
7. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.
8. Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal stakeholders.



1. Fluent in Japanese.
2. Exceptional English for working effectively in US companies– both verbal and written.
3. 5+ years services delivery experience, B2B industry preferred.
4. BA/BS degree.
5. Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders.
6. Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment.
7. Program management or services experience deploying technology solutions.
8. Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations in a professional manner.
