Responsibilities

1. Make sales calls to existing customers to upsell and cross sell and to prospective customers to generate lead.
2. Working with outside Sales people, make sales calls to existing customers to set appointments to visit and follow up on the customer visit schedules.
3. Prepare price quotations, manage customer contact data base and enter data in SFDC.
4. Acquiring and identifying customers with Indicators/KPI based activities as below:
(Number of contact information on decision makers / Number of quotations created/ Funnel identified through making calls/ New contracts for monthly services and prevention of cancellation etc.)

Requirements

1. Experience of making calls as inside sales or at a call center in IT industry
2. Business level English (mainly listening and reading)
3. Experience of acquiring and identifying customers by making calls.
4. PC skills (Intermediate excel)
5. Energetic and take initiatives proactively
6. Coordination skills, ability to listen and collect information
7. Adaptability
