1. Drive traffic to company (or partner) domains (lead generation)
2. Work closely with the global Social Media Team and Marketing Center to support initiatives created in marketing and sales and according to brand guidelines
3. Contribute to the overall/global Social Media strategy and further development
4. Develop, create and establish regional/global content streams that contribute to the over all brand experience and support product communication (sell out)
5. Manage the regional communities (own platforms)
6. Develop, manage and execute collaborative projects with partners, friends and online media/portals/communities/blogs
7. Provide reports reflecting trends, opportunities, threats and KPIs on a monthly basis
8. Provide expert advice, opinion and insights on sensitive and high profile issues to senior management and senior decision-makers


1. Track record in content creation and editing, experienced writer/editor/blogger
2. Experience in community management
3. Knowledge of Content Management Systems like Sprinklr or similar
4. Interest in / connected to creative communities in Japan and/or Asia Pacific
5. Experience in live hosting and broadcasting (e.g. Facebook live etc.)
6. Basic knowledge of data analytics
7. Basic knowledge of paid media and SEO strategies on social media
8. Native speaker Japanese / fluent in English language (spoken and written)
9. Experience in working in global / international teams
