1. Consider and implement the sourcing strategy and measures for hiring both full time and part time employees at the stores (recruitment agencies, advertisement/SNS, etc).
2. Organize interviews and offering process.
3. Coordinate the talent allocation in consideration with the stores’ needs and the competency, requests, and development plans of the employees.
4. Enhance internal job posting (job rotation).
5. Create announcement of internal transfer or new hires.
6. Maintain organization charts.

Assistant Manager:
1. Manage hiring process including interviews (develop assessment tools or coach how to interview by hiring manager if needed) and offering conditions.
2. Drive succession planning with strategic job rotation.
3. Drive recruiting for disable persons.
4. Manage onboarding process with induction training and monitoring performance/employee relations periodically (i.e. probation period).
5. Conduct exit interview.
6. Manage FTE (Headcount) and personnel expense/recruitment expense together with C&B Manager.


1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. More than 5 year experience in recruiting for retail stores (non-HR is also OK).
3. Intermediate level English (TOEIC 500 or above).
4. Native level Japanese.
5. Analytical skill / Strategic thinking.
6. PC skill: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
