11-07 Sales Training Specialist/セールストレーニング担当

Responsibilities

1. The person owns the Asia Sales On-boarding training, which being the trainer to provides various trainings (Sales, Product/Service, Marketing / operation etc).
2. Also developing effective On Boarding training contents to support wider requirement from sales organizations.
3. The person owns on-going training contents development for Sales. It is required to communicate the Asia training framework with contents to global HQ counterpart. It is for establish comprehensive Global standard training for the company. It needs to cover wider subjects which sales related subjects, Products/Services, Service Delivery, Customer Support, Branding / Marketing and so on. Some of these needs to be built by own, some of it builds with internal counterparties.
4. Providing the training as being the trainer to sales members. Also, it owns administrative works for training (Scheduling, Notification, Participate management, feedback and reports). The training is expecting for Japan sales (in Japanese) and sales in HK and SGP (in English) both. And it also needs to run the global sales training (and Sales Manager Training) as Asia implementation, which are designed by Global team.
5. Managing internal programme management (Global, Regional both) for training related subjects. It also includes global training integration.
6. Managing other projects as programme management for Asia implementation which Sales Enablement (Asia Regional and Global) owns.

Requirements

1. More than 10 years experiences for the enterprise education / training (as trainer and contents development)
2. More than 5 years experiences of Telecom network service provider / or IT business (recurring service model)
3. Documentation skill / experience (as sales materials and proposals) as required MS office (especially Power point / excel / SharePoint) skill as able to develop the training contents
4. Having sales and HR experience are plus
5. Experience Video contents development for E-learning is plus
6. Having the experience and fundamental knowledge of data network service experiences basic are plus.
7. Native Japanese and Biz level of English with decent Japanese written and decent English written skills (or opposite)
