1. Executes strategy and planning for events using defined timelines and processes, with deliverables and action items for appropriate team members including; Product, Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales.
2. Works with appropriate teams to understand and implement Sales’ goals and objectives, Portfolio Marketing’s key messaging and product focus.
3. Ensures alignment between events, marketing strategy and sales strategy.
4. Documents and tracks MROI progress within sales automation platform.
5. Partners with internal teams to execute events based on agreed upon goals and objectives
6. Plans and manages event budget.
7. Oversees venue/site selection.
8. Negotiates contracts.
9. Project manages logistics related to events, including food & beverage, function space set-up, rooming lists, air travel, ground transportation.


1. Established career within the event marketing industry.
2. Minimum of 5 years event marketing experience within a B2B organization.
3. Experience in B2B event marketing within one of our key industries.
4. Willingness to travel (including weekends) and work in a global team of professionals.
5. Ability to prepare and execute on tactical marketing plans, working to budget and time deadlines and reporting on marketing ROI.
6. Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment.
8. Excellent verbal communication, written and proof reading skills.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflict.
