1. Prospecting and maintaining account plans and territory matrix.
2. Territory building, planning, maintenance, and accurate forecasting.
3. Assessing prospective client needs and qualifying opportunities.
4. Online and face-to-face presentations, demos and account reviews.
5. Proposals, pricing & contract negotiation, and closing.
6. Account management, and growth through upsell and cross-selling activity.


1. 5+ years proven sales experience working for a SaaS or software technology company, with a strong aptitude for technology.
2. Experience conducting effective software product demonstrations & sales presentations.
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and online meeting software.
4. Ability to build & maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
5. Experience working in a team sales environment.
6. Outstanding oral and written communication skills (Japanese and English), including the ability to communicate easily & interpersonally with Senior Executives and C-level decision makers.
7. Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
8. Capable of thinking creatively and making independent decisions.
9. Heavy travel requirements (Domestic travel. Approx. 30-50%).
