1. Develop the Japan eCommerce Paid Social and Performance Display strategy.
2. Manage and execute Japan Paid Social and Performance Display operations to deliver profitable campaigns and positive return on investment to target KPIs.
3. Optimize Real Time Bidding (RTB), Performance Display, and Paid Social within cross device advertising campaigns.
4. Drive innovation in RTB Display and Paid Social via test, and learn opportunities.
5. Manage the production and QA process of creative assets for performance advertising including standard IAB ad units for display and paid social including compliance to brand guidelines via our in-house creative and brand marketing teams.
6. Coordinate with the respective counterparts in order to align and execute local campaigns.
7. Manage day-to-day operations with partners/networks to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals, aligned closely with the local Marketing Activation calendar and optimization of the campaigns.


1. Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Display performance media, RTB technology vendor, publisher or advertiser, with a clear focus on sales campaign.
3. Solid technical experience with ad serving, DSP/SSP and technical implementations (e.g pixels).
4. Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity.
5. Fluent English skills and Fluent Japanese.
