1. Develop eCom optimization based on CS feedback to increase revenue, decrease cost, and improve customer satisfaction and engagement such as new functionality, shipping and return policy and process, payment method.
2. Responsible for calendar and activation communication to CS.
3. Improve logistic process and cost inventory, packaging, warehouse, shipping, and return.
4. Responsible for sales/calendar/activation communication to SCM/DC to ensure ship-out.
5. Manage logistic and operational flow for outbound.
6. Monitor sell-thru, ship-out, returns, refund, and customer satisfaction.
7. Lead return rate and service level improvement and operational forecasting.


1. Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in an eCom environment, Consumer experience in a global level, Consumption product sales, Operation background.
3. Experience of working for a consumer products, retail, or service industry preferred.
4. Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity.
5. Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, HTML, and Google Analytics.
6. Fluent English required, Japanese preferred.
