1. Strengthen daily sales operation (e.g. deliver proposals on sales improvement etc)
2. Support online business (Amazon, the company Online store, etc.)
3. Responsible for the sales strategy and product and sales promotion plan for each site to expand sales opportunity
4. Improve customer satisfaction by optimizing traffic and contents for each site, provide support to improve site and get higher reviews
5. Analyze and monitor weekly/monthly sales performance, budget progress for each site for goal achievement that leads to process improvement
6. Create documents/lists for production/sales planning, stock, delivery and retained stock
7. Prevent loss of inventory by watching sales inventory control ad EOL (End of Product)
8. Create a market price transition chart watching marketing trend in each site
9. Understand sales share and SWOT (competition analysis etc) for expanding share in the market.
10. Manage fee payment for sales and agents, and improve gross profit ratio
11. Introduce success practices to other countries by working with global sales team


1. Sales experience.
2. Experience in developing profitability and operational improvement in a sales or sales related division.
3. Business level English skills.
4. Experience operating E-Commerce sites.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Proactive mindset.
7. Knowledge of SNS or online shopping markets.
8. Adaptability.
9. Experience working as a member of global team in a defined role
10 Experience in building good relationships with various departments
11. Experience working at an IT manufacturing company is preferred.
12. Above intermediate level of proficiency in MS office (pivot table, IF function etc) (Strong with Macro is a plus)
