1. Responsible for day-to-day business operations of eCommerce Platform and connected System.
2. Ensure the success of the eCommerce Platform operation strategy through constant monitoring of the operational KPI’s.
3. Review operational processes; Monitor and analyse the platform processes.
4. Manage external service providers on a daily basis.
5. Build collaborative relationships with other eCommerce functions including Marketing, IT, and Operations to support and achieve overall business objectives.
6. Evolve technologies and their impact on the consumer experience.
7. Establish a high performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example.
8. Identify and develop high-potential talents to fuel the succession plan in the team.
9. Look for opportunities to provide cross-functional experiences to identified high-potential talents from both inside and outside of the team.


1. Minimum 3 years of working experience of a leading role in an online consumer-facing high-transaction environment.
2. Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in Consumer Experience in a global level.
3. Extensive experience in managing eCommerce Platforms and Systems.
4. Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity.
5. Excellent English skills and Fluent Japanese preferred.
