1. Regularly visit the Stores in the assigned are, in order to support Stores Managers in effective management of the Stores.
2. Establish relationship with client associates in the designated area.
3. Keep relations with the Retail Function and the Corporate Functions (e.g.:HR, MD, PR, etc.) in order to provide the Store Managers useful information and support for ensuring business results.
4. Supervising the Store in the assigned are, in order to ensure that Company standards and guidelines are being fulfilled.
5. Level up the efficiency of the stores.
6. Ensure the correct implementation of the procedure about safety, Stock management treatment and handling, in collaboration with the appointed managers.
7. Manage the start-up phases of the new opening in terms of: new staff recruiting, training and induction in collaboration with the appointed HR manager and Retail Director, building relationships with local entities that may be of interest for business development.
8. Retain and grow people


1. More than 5 years experience as an Area Manager or Store Manager.
2. Have a good balance of creative and commerce
3. High communication skills with functions and stores
4. Self-learner and self-starter
5. Flexibility in work
6. Business level English (Reporting to HQ)
7. Visionary, strategic thinking, KPI driven
8. Proactive in proposals.
9. Intermediate PC skill in Microsoft Office (Excel/Power Point/ Word)
