 1. Seeking to hire an experienced passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed manager for the Transportation Planning division. 2. This person will be responsible for leading the JP Transportation analytics, volume forecasting, demand planning and optimizing across different transportation modes.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and is excited to take ownership of both daily operational requirements and long term business initiatives and goals.


1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as a Program Manager or Business Analyst Lead managing business analytics, network planning or volume forecasting teams.
3. Prior experience within a parcels or logistics environment.
4. Experience optimizing SQL queries to work with complex/large data structures.
5. Significant experience in operations supply chain analysis/ financial analysis, business process analytics.
6. In-depth knowledge of planning and analysis tools; solution driven approach to system and process; advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Access/other Database).
7. Ability to work to tight time frames and deadlines and ensure that all parties are providing key information on time for effective reporting of KPI’s and metrics.
8. Strong tactical level operator; thrive on analytics and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload.
9. Good command of English.

1. Expertise defining complex SQL queries.
2. MBA, MS or MA (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or Equivalent.
3. Experience within the Transport, Distribution or Logistics industry would be highly desirable.
4. Highly proficient in the use of Excel, SQL and other business analytical tools.
5. Ability to think and influence both quantitatively and qualitatively.
