1. Keywords are Oracle RPAS Planning, JDA Allocation, SAP Allocation, VAT, LMS, DCR and Excel Auto Allocation tool.
2. Plan, manage and execute the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle following company PMO standards and methodologies.
3. Complete all suitable documentation to support the Software Development Lifecycle (ie project management, test, design, deploy, post go live support).
4. Perform cross-functional reviews and designs for both processes and systems to ensure functional and business requirements are met.
5. Design and support the data integration requirements between the BIMA tools and both upstream and downstream processes and systems.
6. Partner with the Business stakeholders and other IT teams to understand and prioritize system needs, and translate business requirements into requirements and system solutions.
7. Manage the BIMA system support off-shore team.


1. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
2. Good leadership and be a team player.
3. The ability to articulate thought process and rationale behind decision-making.
4. The ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, and as part of a team.
5. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and follow up.
6. 8+ years of application support and development experience in the retail industry preferred.
7. Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle.
8. Strong data analysis skills using SQL and Excel / Access.
9. Able to travel.
10. Experience with JDA Allocation or similar allocation product.
