1. Leading cross-functional risk management, crisis response, or corporate ethics projects that require defining, implementing, and maintaining processes to support global teams across multiple functions.
2. Flexibility to work across multiple geographic time zones.
3. Providing project management coordination and guidance for overseas regions on reorganizations encompassing SAPAC countries.
4. Updating and maintaining compliance with company’s Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct, as well as relevant ethics and compliance regulations.
5. Managing an ethics hotline, supporting hotline operations and related ethics initiatives.
6. Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, establish credibility, trust and partnership in a matrix organization, especially with senior management.
7. Developing, coordinating, presenting, tracking and reporting status of compliance training and corporate ethics activities across overseas regions.
8. Establishing credibility and maintain strong working relationships with HQ and regional HQ partners.
9. Strong ethics, integrity and accountability with ability to maintain independence, autonomy and confidentiality.
10. Planning, coordinating, and leading global or regional meetings across all levels, including Corporate Officers and Board members, to report findings, recommendation, and remediation steps for all risk, ethics, and crisis activities.


1. Native English fluency and high degree of cultural sensitivity.
2. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in large-scale project management, risk management, management consulting, internal audit, or other relevant field.
3. Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis, and adept at making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.
4. Experience in design and delivery of enterprise-level risk programs and building a crisis response plan, including conducting business impact analyses and establishing a business continuity plan.
5. Experience successfully communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including briefing executive management and board of directors (and committees) on status of sensitive and confidential issues.
6. Strong leadership, partnership, collaboration and influencing skills.
7. Ability to work effectively and productively in a highly diverse, creative, fast-paced, multi-cultural environment to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.

9. International travel required (up to 20%) to regional headquarters and affiliate locations across the United States, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
