Responsibilities

1. Support Indirect Channel and partners in selling company products within the Financial ecosystem
2. Proactively engage via Indirect Channel and partners team with identified target organisations to onboard to Capital Markets Extranet and / or facilitate formal partnership agreements to drive new revenues
3. Proactively identify and engage, via Partners, Financial institutions in order to bring additional opportunities and revenue.
4. Achieve personal business development targets
5. To work with the Capital Markets products team, BDM team and Indirect Channel sales teams to fully understand Capital Markets value propositions
6. Contribute in defining and identifying Extranet provider and member target list
7. Prospect new Extranet providers and members through the indirect Channel
8. Drive and facilitate Extranet on-boarding agreements with providers and members through indirect channel
9. Drive and facilitate commercial agreements with partners to grow incremental revenues
10. Articulate through the indirect channel the end to end Capital Markets propositions and the benefits to prospective providers and members and partners
11. Provides high level feedback to Capital Markets Exec, Portfolio team and partners on product & services development necessary to secure high value business development

Requirements

1. Proven business development expertise
2. Record of consistent over achievement of new business targets and KPI’s
3. Excellent business development and relationship management skills developed through extensive experience within the Capital Markets sector
4. Excellent business level knowledge of Capital Markets IT infra structures ./ platforms / current industry trends and ability to influence Exec decision making criteria
5. Proven experience in leading complex teams in a variety of disciplines to deliver successful sales / commercial projects
6. Strong knowledge of Capital Markets vertical, understanding of the end to end trading life cycle and underpinning technology
7. Demonstrable experience working in a team environment with the ability to influence and motivate complex, matrix teams both virtually and directly
8. Proven ability to deliver work in a timely manner whilst under pressure within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
