1. Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
2. Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.
3. Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations.
4. Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness.
5. Summarizes data for the production of tables, charts, and graphs
6. Analyses in-market data
7. Analyses study results to draft reports and presentations
8. Reviews data for errors and inconsistencies
9. Prepares initial client correspondence
10. Attends client meetings and presentations occasionally in person but most often over the phone
11. Uses internal tools and data sources
12. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the projects.


1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree, in any discipline.
2. Language: Native-level Japanese and business-level English (Effective Written and Verbal communication skills)
3. No experience required but executives with 1 or 2 years of experience would be desirable.
4. Strong client-focus and pro-active.
5. Clear communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
6. Entry level knowledge of statistics and analytics.
7. Technically proficient in MS Office applications.
