1. Identify sales efficiencies and technology recommendations within the Salesforce.com platform.
2. Create documentation and deliver presentation materials to assist users with successful adoption of Sesforece.com capabilities.
3. Insure CRM data integrity of accounts, business opportunities, contacts, and territories.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reporting packages including KPIs and business metrics
5. Analyze customer and business trends for the monthly forecast.
6. Analyze Sales financial and productivity metrics and provides recommendations to leadership to drive business performance improvement.
7. Works with Sales leadership to ensure human and financial resource productivity is maximized with territory design.
8. Synthesizes complex data into easily understood and compelling management presentations to improve business performance.
9. Su port the annual budget and strategic operating plans.
10. Makes recommendations to optimize operational efficiency within assigned Sales territories.
11. Performs ad hoc analysis and revenue variance explanations for senior leadership and owners.


1. Bachelors in Business, Finance or Statistics
2. 2-4+ years relevant experience
3. Salesforce.com experience
4. Influence and leadership skills
5. Ability to distill complex analyses for senior leadership consumption
6. Excellent critical thinking skills
7. Demonstrated proficiency in modeling
8. Adept at prioritization (time management, managing multiple projects) and understanding sense of urgency
9. Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
10. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to C-level executives
