1. Responsibility for all Japanese content. Optimisation support for Japanese content both online and offline. Edit & translate content from English into Japanese & scope for Japanese business demands.
2. Leverage experience of Japanese B2B market to improve marketing presence: market research, competitor research analysis.
3. Support Japanese Digital marketing: Character recognition and keyword insights; help to implement / manage brand-wide SEO strategy, help manage Japanese PPC & Paid Social Media campaigns
4. Japanese Re-marketing support: banners, video and other marketing asset creation.
5. Manage Japanese telemarketing agencies & data brokers. Negotiate commercial terms, manage performance, procure data, explain processes, and provide product training in local language when relevant. Follow-up with both agencies and internal AEs on Japanese opportunities
6. Localisation support for Events: identify Japanese events that would be beneficial for Sales AEs to attend, & manage logistics for sponsored events.
7. Work closely with the European based marketing functions (Digital, Content, Lead Generation, & Events) to provide local language and local presence support in the Japanese market.
8. Build relationships with key stakeholders both within the marketing team, as well as across the DCS organisation
9. Assess business requirements, facilitate and drive actions through to resolution


1. Strong English and Japanese language skills, both written and oral, absolutely essential. Fluency in both languages required.
2. Broad experience across a range of marketing functions: lead generation, digital, content, & events.
3. Experience managing external marketing agencies
4. Understanding of the Japanese B2B marketing norms
