8-02 Solution Sales, Risk / ソリューション営業 (リスク) 

Salary(¥):

7-12 million

Responsibilities

1. Identifies and generates sales to existing and new customers.
2. Develop new E-learning opportunities in relevant geographical territory.
3. Assists in key retention situations, bringing domain expertise relevant to that customer – as agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
4. Acts as an advocate for customer needs to the business.
5. Mentor new sales specialists.

Requirements

1. Over 5 years of sales/market experience, selling to C-level executives.
2. Ability to discuss with and understand client needs, map clients’ requirements to our offerings, provide comprehensive solutions, discuss with pre-sales team, quote prices, prepare proposals and presentations.
3. Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Prior experience of selling e-learning solutions preferable.
6. Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment.
7. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
