8-02 Sales Strategy Planning Specialist, Toys & Hobbies/営業戦略プランニング

Responsibilities

1. Set up goal achievement of sales performance/profit and progress management in assigned manufacturer/category.
2. Forecast supply/stock of annual, seasonal, and monthly, formulate strategy on purchasing and implement it based on a suitable action for goal achievement.
3. Manage progress management regularly and conduct analysis on problem to improve accuracy in action collaborating with marketing planner of assigned manufacturer.
4. Improve and optimize operation (new process development etc.) collaborating with business partners to develop accuracy of demand, stock forecast and improve partner’s operational performance.
5. Plan and Implement the marketing and merchandising strategy to maximize the site traffic and the conversion, and achieve the sales and profitability goals.
6. Plan suitable action to improve index (sales, profit, Inventory adequacy rate, marketing ROI etc.) through data extraction and analysis.

Requirements

1. 5+ years experience of numeric analysis/process management in corporate planning, consulting, SCM and marketing etc.
2. Able to conduct basic financial analysis and can reflect the result into strategic business decision-making.
3. Logical thinking and analytical skill: analyze and verify market trend and sales data accurately based on
4. Able to plan and design focusing on high quality and business efficiency being conscious about improvement and creation.
5. Problem-solving skill: solve complicated problem taking risks and collaborating with both internal and outside relevant people based on the understanding of market and sales trend.
6. Strong negotiation skills with clients to bring a business to a successful end based on the trustful relationship with them understanding their situation and requirements.
7. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
