1. Responsible for the business's success including defining and executing against a roadmap of features and functionality for the APAC region.
2. Making decisions to help protect customers and sellers as well as maintaining the health of the catalog and product listings ecosystem.
3. Developing relationships with internal stakeholders in APAC, particularly teams focused on third-party seller business growth and policy enforcement.
4. Understanding the local business needs and developing product strategies that help address those needs.
5. Developing region-specific abuse prevention processes, tools and policies.
6. Lead localization efforts for policies and seller communications.


1. 3+ years of product management experience, preferably on large, complex product initiatives.
2. Experience with abuse, risk management, compliance or similar product initiatives is preferred.
3. Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
4. Able for frequent international travel (~25% of the time).
5. Business level in Japanese and English.
