1. Build a team that will lead marketing, content management, and customer insight for the whole Consumables Private Brands.
2. Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize the long-term value of our customers.
3. Ensure thorough and authoritative custom product content for the entire branded product line, including compelling product information and clear, concise product descriptions--as well as best-in-class editorial content, photography, and video.
4. Establishing a world-class destination for the brand, including landing pages. Creating, writing, reviewing, scheduling, and optimizing product website content using proprietary tools.
5. Create and evolve a full program of customer segmentation and primary and secondary insights needed to drive product testing, development and ongoing operations of multiple consumables categories and programs.


1. 7+ years of progressive responsibility, including substantial experience in online marketing, product management, and branding.
2. Experienced people manager.
3. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
4. Ability to think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail
5. Business level in English and Japanese is a plus.
