8-01 Sales Account Manager, Seller Services / セールス アカウントマネージャー (出品者サービス)

Responsibilities

1. Build up a good and continued relationship with sellers via regular business review.
2. Analyze situation of seller’s business and offer solution for their further business growth.
3. Design business plan for each account.
4. Introduce new functions and deliver proposals on the implementation.
5. Share seller’s successful case with other sellers.
6. Improve service process tools through sellers’ feedback to relevant divisions.

Requirements

1. 5+ years hands-on experience of account management, business consultation, or inside sales/customer support.
2. 3+ years experience in participating in cross-functional projects.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skill to build up business relationship.
4. Strong skills to analyze massive data and ability to deliver proposals based on the result.
5. Native level of Japanese and English is a plus.
