1. Set up goal achievement/profit and manage progress.
2. Devise, execute and improve sales strategy based on the analysis on sales data/market trend.
3. Cultivate optimum vendor and design and implement the vendor plan.
4. Build up strong partnership with distributor and manufacturer with close communication.
5. Design and implement promotion plan utilizing website through collaboration with relevant people.
6. Collaborate with other relevant divisions: work closely with other relevant people (Manager, Inventory team, Website production, seller team, marketing etc) focusing on efficiency and development of high quality.
7. Participate in project: lead or do various projects as a member.


1. 5+ years negotiation experience in sales, buying/merchandizing, etc.
2. Run financial analysis and can bring its result to strategic decision-making.
3. Manages complicated and cross-functional project.
4. Develops and verifies a hypothesis around market segment demand and sales data.
5. Leads process improvements and / or sales program development with relentless pursuit of creative and efficient solutions.
6. Develop trusted vendor relationship by understanding needs of business partners, and obtains required results.
7. Strong in Excel (including v-lookup and pivot table).
8. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
