1. Manages a team of 7-9 highly talented marketing managers, product managers and program managers.
2. Lead marketing efforts to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
3. Responsible of end-to-end customer experience working closely with all JP and Global stakeholders to make business the primary online grocery destinations for customers in Japan.
4. Responsible with the Operation team to expand food service in Tokyo area and beyond.


1. 10+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing.
2. Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure / manage a business or process.
3. Experience to deal with Global Tech team.
4. Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques; excel skills are required.
5. Ability to balance requirements with various constraints including resources capacity, budget and scalability and stability impacts.
6. Able to generate bold and innovative ideas: rapidly testing potential big ideas and quickly scaling winners.
7. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
