1. Build out channel marketing strategies that maximize traffic and conversion.
2. Flawlessly execute marketing campaigns, running A/B tests to optimize creative and campaign targeting.
3. Partner with internal traffic teams to build out scalable direct response marketing solutions.
4. Evolve and manage the customer life cycle management program, including email marketing.
5. Own the planning and execution of new marketing platform opportunities that will drive long-term success.
6. Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.


1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or project management.
2. Demonstrated experience using analytical skills including the ability to use customer research and data to develop marketing strategies.
3. Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and project planning.
4. Strong leader who can communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others.
5. Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
6. Business level of English and conversational in Japanese.
