Responsibilities

1. Lead and educate VM team member to upgrade capability of VM team to reach regional goal.
2. Coach the Area Managers to drive visual presentation and commerciality in the stores within their region and support the areas business strategy to achieve the company strategy.
3. Drive localized visual presentation in stores by following international Marketing directives and implementing international VM guidelines as set out seasonal campaigns and Planograms, whilst maintaining the brand image/values across all stores in the region.
4. To develop new store VM and store layout plan with local agencies and UK VM team.
5. Liaise with UK VM team regularly to ensure all store requests are recorded and implemented within budget and maintenance procedures
6. Discuss visual store achievements, challenges and issues with Area Manager and offer solutions, feed these back to UK VM team through branch visit reports.
7. Coach and develop in store VM’s and store teams on VM principles and VM standards as set out in the international store design.
8. Review, monitor and assess poor performance regarding VM. Feedback any regional adaptions that have been effective or obtain positive outcomes
9. Understand trends and seasonal activities within the market and how this relates back to the CK international Brand Experience.
10. Involvement in New Japan Store Openings, and supporting Marketing / PR Events.
11. Record and track Japan stores creative inventories, fixtures, signage, mannequins and vintage.
12. Order replacements where necessary.
13. Research creative activity in competitive stores.
14. Feedback from Senior Management, Store Managers and Area Retail. Managers and Head Office Staff.
15. Accuracy on admin work. VM Planogram and VM manual updates.
16. Accurate and detailed instructions to the stores.
17. Regular visit reports and training records completed for new instore VM’s and poor performance in the role.
18. Consistent planogram and window execution across the region.
19. Monitor feedback on ideas and creativity.
20. Feedback from suppliers.
21. Budget control.
