1. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
2. Taking briefs or devising them together with the global Create team and ad sales team
3. Ensuring that correct production processes are implemented
4. Working with Create ECD, producers and strategists in Asia and London to develop a multi-platform advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget in discussion with Director and larger creative team;
5. Presenting the campaign ideas to the client alongside sales colleagues, representing creative teams or with creatives themselves where possible;
6. Working with the Sales account manager to align with media plans and timescales, plus, to track budgets and report on costs.
7. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and Create by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively through regular check-ins;
8. Tracking resources together with Create project manager in London on a regular basis
9. Presenting creative work, in response to brief, to clients together with sales and creative teams for approval or modification;
10. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing suppliers;
11. Writing client reports; debriefs, issue logs
12. Arranging and attending meetings;
13. Conduct and participate in client meetings in Japanese and prepare documentation in English for discussion with creatives.
14. Making 'pitches', along with creative teams and ad sales in order to win new business.
15. Engaging in project management duties
16. Maintaining good relationships with clients


1. Fluent Japanese and English is a must
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in the production of digital platforms, SOW, PRD and project/programme documentation (project plans, meeting minutes, agendas, preparation of briefing documents etc)
5. Experience pitching multi-platform campaigns
6. Previous experience in a creative agency with well-known, high-end digital/TV clients and brands
7. Experience in the production of B2Bl, project or technical documentation (specification documents, requirement documents, draft materials)
8. An understanding of the various technologies in use in creative production, digital and video content production
9. An understanding of production methods and standards
10. Knowledge of a project management tool (Basecamp or similar)
11. Motivated a self-starter
