1. Take ownership of social marketing strategy and roadmap development.
2. Develop and manage strong relationships with key social platforms such as LINE, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
3. Manage two Marketing Specialists and develop scalable processes for operations (publishing, advertising, etc.).
4. Manage marketing budget for social advertising in consideration of efficiency of the marketing spend.
5. Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Social CS teams to dive deep into metrics, identify growth drivers or problems, and act on improvement opportunities.
6. Work closely with the Worldwide Social/Social Ads teams to learn and share best practices.


1. Strong knowledge and experience in internet industry.
2. Ability to execute and deliver results by influencing people, including business and technology teams.
3. Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities.
4. Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams.
7. Business level of English and Japanese is a plus.
