1. Create marketing and communication plans across multiple channels to maximize customer engagement.
2. Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing and merchandising to increase order frequency and volume.
3. Leverage A/B experimentation to manage performance, drive channel and campaign optimization and identify key drivers of trends in the customer behavior.
4. Develop and execute customer retention and churn management strategies.
5. Liaise closely with the product development teams to drive innovation aimed at improving customer experience.
6. Closely monitor customer feedback/needs through surveys and research.


1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in online B-to-C marketing, and online merchandising.
2. Extreme attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
3. Demonstrated history of success in data intensive quantitative analysis and ability to use metrics to back up assumptions/concepts.
4. Willingness to roll up your sleeves.
5. Advanced Excel skills.
6. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
