1. Design, build, and execute business intelligence reports and dashboards to optimize pipeline management.
2. Build tools, processes, documentation, programs to expand business development and marketing capacity.

1. Demonstrable experience of relevant program management and business intelligence experience.
2. Demonstrated success working as a Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) administrator and experience with sales, marketing and business development tools, including Marketing Automation software.
3. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
4. Possess a deep understanding of the business’ and end users’ needs, and proficiently translate those needs into the right solution.
5. Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions.
6. Has a thorough command of the technology/systems that will be utilized to achieve program goals.
7. Demonstrated project and program management experience, and the ability to prioritize competing projects across teams and departments.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale programs.
10. Can identify down-stream process or program problems (i.e. program or system incompatibility, resource unavailability) and escalate them to the appropriate resource before they become project-threatening.
11. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
12. Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results.
13. Bachelor's degree.
