1. Leading owned and bought media activities in an integrated way to drive brand innovation and elevation and business growth. Owned and bought channels ranges from social, performance media, direct-buy digital banners, print, and OOH.
2. Developing owned and bought media strategy and action plans based on understandings of global strategy and local insights for best execution and outcome in the local market. Supervising creative traffic.
3. Managing partnerships with key business partners, such as local publishers/platforms and media agency.
4. Co-planning all performance media (paid search, trading desk, affiliate) and paid social activity with the global activation team, with a particular focus on expanding into new channels (Connected TV, Dynamic OOH, etc).
5. Ensuring seamless integration with earned channels to maximise impact and effectiveness.


1. Minimum 7 years of digital marketing and advertising experience, managing social, performance media, and direct-buy banners. Experience of planning and buying of traditional media is a big plus.
2. Experience in luxury industry is a plus.
3. High level negotiation skills.
4. Extensive retail and branding experience.
5. TOEIC Score: 850 or more.
