Position:

7-11 Project Manager (IT Regional Product Application) /プロジェクトマネージャー(ITリジョナルアプリケーション)

Salary(¥):

9-12.5 million

Responsibilities

1. Acts as single IT point of contact, liaison, and advocate between product analysts and all IT departments regarding application delivery
2. Shapes and strengthens external business and technology vendor relationships.
3. Manages and maintains request co-work with Infrastructure delivery team (manager)
4. Supports product analyst in IT/business initiative planning and business case creation and forecast demand.
5. Influences priorities and decisions across the organization.
6. Anticipates business changes and adjusts projects to align to new direction.
7. Understands IT supply and proactively sets business delivery expectations.
8. Provides IT senior leadership visibility and insight to business unit demand.
9. Manages and directs IT budget across the projects.
10. Provides the strategy for the creation of processes and procedures with input from business teams, development, and Manages performance KPI in collaboration with all stakeholders including vendor KPI’s.
11. Drives delivery of owned IT Project.
12. Communicates and sets delivery expectations of initiatives with business and IT stakeholders.
13. Reviews project estimates and POR monthly allocations by collaborating with stakeholders.
14. Leverages project management methodologies to effectively deliver IT projects on time and on budget.
15. Identifies project risks/issues, execute mitigation plans and also communicates status to business and IT leadership.
16. Manage developers through the dev leads to ensure the developer align to development standards.
17. Facilitate Business Stakeholders and prioritize project items (Plan/Budget/Scope/Resource) based on estimated workload /business requirement provided by Solution Architect /Product Analysts.
18. Reviews weekly project status reports with development leads.
19. Maintains a manner of leadership, influence, and flexibility to promote a team atmosphere.
20. Manages and mentors scrum team to reach their full potential and Creates a passion to help drive teams to a common vision.
21. Ensures programs are staffed with the appropriate resources and skill sets.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experiences in line management for IT application development sections including: relationship management, project prioritization and governance, portfolio management, and staff management, or equivalent skill required
2. People management skills for guiding/ influencing internal team
3. Professional experiences in SDLC, Extreme Programming, Agile, MSF
4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
5. Proven ability in working effectively with all level of management and staff positions, including pressured situations
6. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Graduate Degree desirable
7. Results driven, exceptionally self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and strong sense of personal accountabilities
8. Focused on excellence in own work and business/IT processes
9. Experience working with diverse cultures, including working with offshore IT organizations
