1. Maintain and update job grade, reward and appraisal systems in line with the company (group) policy
2. Develop employment policies and benefit programs for proper market competitiveness
3. Develop and properly maintain rules and regulations on work, safety and health in accordance with relevant laws
4. Define and correct salary level taking into account the market and internal equity
5. Budget and monitor personnel cost of the whole company
6. Maintain employee information (data), develop operational rules to handle the data and ensure the rules are followed
7. Localize and manage HRIS (People Soft) and related modules
8. Prepare KPI based regular reporting, identify challenges to address and take measures for their improvement
9. Stable operation and efficiency improvement in payroll process including vendor management
10. Handle labor issues consulting with legal experts where necessary
11. Make sure that professional support to employees related work attendance, social insurance and other personnel matters is provided and improve the service level


1. University degree or equivalent
2. 5 years or more work experience in C&B including experience in payroll management or administration.
3. Well understanding of local labor law and working regulations/practices
4. Expertise in implementing or adapting HR policies and processes into the organization taking appropriate steps including communication with stakeholders
5. Experience in retail industry is preferable
6. Experience in managing global HR information system is preferable
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Well organized and structured in thinking process
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills
10. Good people management skills
11. Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
12. English communication skills (Business level is preferable)
13. Well developed PC skills, especially in EXCEL
