1. Develop a best in class, multi-phased VoC Insights strategy for the organization that supports a continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, action, and monitoring.
2. Define market requirements and synthesize customer input.
3. Conduct VoC or market research to understand key market trends, differences across geographic regions, user and buyer personas, or competitive activities.
4. Implement new data collection and analysis methodologies.
5. Ensure that customer insights are disseminated and deeply understood.
6. Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional partners, and determine role based VoC needs.
7. Evangelize, educate, and raise awareness of VoC insight across the organization.
8. Proven history driving product roadmaps.


1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. 5+ yrs. work experience focusing on customer experience, advocacy, VoC, and/or customer insights/analytics.
3. Data gathering and analysis skills, including ability to interpret, articulate and take action on ambiguous/complex topics.
4. English Proficiency.
5. Ability to manage multiple timelines and commitments.
6. Experience in the Consumer Electronics (CE) or Customer Service (CS) field.
7. Experience in the digital content field to include videos, games, apps, and/or music.
8. Experience with LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
9. Able to perform statistical modeling and make predications based on findings.
10. Market or Primary research experience.
