1. Conceptualize, build, and execute multi-channel marketing plans across paid, earned and owned channels, including creative development, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis.
2. Deep understanding of the customer, with obsessive understanding of new products, trends, and opportunities.
3. Determine the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring, and monitor marketing effectiveness including brand awareness, brand equity, and sales results.
4. Leverage in depth knowledge of marketing attribution models and A/B experimentation to manage performance, drive channel and campaign optimization and identify key drivers of trends in the customer funnel · Partner with local administration leaders to ensure effective activation of marketing strategy at the local level.
5. Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company.


1. 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer-facing business.
2. Experience digital media, advertising, mobile, or commerce and high-tech industries.
3. Strong understanding of online marketing ecosystem and deep understanding of all online marketing channels (e.g. Direct, Social Media, Display, Affiliate, E-Mail, Newsletter, SEM, SEO).
4. Expertise with customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods.
5. Has demonstrated an ability to achieve exceptional results with limited marketing budget.
6. Deep understanding of the online advertising landscape and key competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
7. Native level of Japanese and business level in English.
