7-10 million

Responsibilities

1. Find online/offline lead source based on business strategy.
2. Study how to lead generation.
3. Build up evaluation method.
4. Manage CRM tool such as Salesforce to ensure the smooth running of sales operation.
5. Work closely with not only sales but also other relevant divisions to drive business.
6. Responsible for improving process for sales lead in Japan through information sharing and collaboration with overseas generation specialist in USA/EU.

Requirements

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Able to gather business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs.
3. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.
5. Native level of Japanese and business level English.
